You took home some of the best BBQ in Dallas. Here's how to bring it back to life without losing a bit of that smoke.

The Oven Method
Preheat to 225°. Let meat rest at room temp 30 min. Wrap tightly in foil and heat 30 min for regular cuts — 1 to 2 hours for whole briskets or turkeys. Rest 5 min before serving.

Tips for Every Cut
Add a splash of water or beef broth before sealing the foil — keeps brisket and ribs moist. Sauce on the side until it's hot.
